Targets and timelines for PWM / PB
Hi guys, wondering if anyone could shed some light on targets for PWM / PB. How much do you have to bring in to the bank in new business every year? Does this vary from when your starting out as a peasant excel monkey to when your a big dick swinging 10 hours in the office 30 on the golf course MD? Also how is the career progression, is Associate to VP to MD based off time or AUM?
