Small Firm - Jr. Advisor - Need outside thoughts
The business model was 401k plans for so long, however we're now moving into Wealth management. We have 1 Sr. Advisor at our firm. I am lucky enough to be part of this new transition.
I would like to start with a fresh mindset and learn from an outside perspective. I can't ask what I don't know, however I do have a few questions for those who have been in the field or who have larger head count with much more experience.
What programs for planning and advising should I look into? (ex: e-money)
Where can I be guided to get more information on learning to do advising/planning?
Any Youtube Channels, websites, blogs recommendations for WM?
Please add on the questions I haven't already asked. Any other advice that can help me help future clients.
