Nomura Sales vs. JPM Wealth Management (Hong Kong)

Hi, I recently received SA offers from both Nomura Sales and JPM Wealth Management in Hong Kong. Not sure which one to take. Definitely find markets a more exciting place to work in and Nomura is quite strong in Asia/HK, but WM is such a booming business in Asia at the moment and the name of JPM just carries so much. Thoughts or comments on culture, skills development, future career path and exit opportunities? Any opinion is much appreciated!!

Thanks! But if I dont mind sticking with WM, would JP offer a greater brand name overall for my future career path within WM, at the same time give me a slightly better shot to exit to sales?

It won't. It is more important of what you are doing in your job as oppose to the company's reputation. At least, I would hire someone from say Unicredit with actual sales experience than someone from JP with WM.
