TMT boutique >> VC/PE exits?

Saw an older thread similar to this but wanted to get an update since a lot of these shops are relatively young. How do tech-focused boutiques like LionTree, FT Partners, Raine Group, and GCA fare for exits to VC compared to tech groups at larger banks? Are exits to startups more common? And for those analysts who decide to go the PE route, how do they tend to do?

Before someone says "look on linkedin" yes i'm aware but I just wanted to see if anyone had a more comprehensive view of how it works since there's usually more to the story beyond anecdotal evidence.
