Scores on Resum

Is 33 on the ACT too low to include on resume for on-cycle recruiting? I know headhunters ask, but should I include on resume. I know it is 99% percentile, but not sure since others have 34-36 and I see people saying 34+.

I assume any reasonable person would not care but just want to see people's thoughts.
