I'm in the process of acquiring a franchisee in the home services industry in the PNW. Current Ebitda is about $500K and I see a lot of opportunities to grow the business, but I'm trying to determine whether an exit in 5-7 years is possible. Assuming I can grow the business to $2M+ in Ebitda, will PE firms ever look to buy an existing franchise in home services?
