US Law Firm Biz Dev Compensation?

I have been working at a mid tier law firm for the past 4 years and I have gotten so good at bringing in clients that the firm wants to put me in charge or client relations and biz dev. My salary would be a base plus percentage of the deals/cases I bring in. What is the industry standard in the legal sector for a percentage share of a deal/client brought in? I have been reading numbers from 5%-20%.
