Smart Blinds - Biggest Ripoff Going?

So, I've been big into home automation for a couple years--All my lightbulbs can be turned on and off by voice (and most change colors) I've got a routine for them to slowly brighten when it's getting time to wake up etc.  I've gotten a smart front door lock, smart doorbell, and a smart thermostat.  I recently moved and needed to get blinds.  I figured smart blinds would be a great deal: have the ones in the bedroom close shortly before bed and open t wake-up time, have the living-room ones close during the day when nobody's home to reduce the solar load, etc.

But then I priced them out, and Holy Sh!*, are they expensive!  The cheapest one for a window I can buy a basic blind for at home depot for $15 is almost $200!  The living room and bedroom would have run me around $1k minimum, and I could buy manual blinds for those windows for ~$100.  In the world of $125 smart-locks that I can unlock from half-way around the world and $5 smart bulbs, is this reasonable? Is there room for disruption in this market?
