I am an analyst at a BB in midtown and am thinking of moving into a studio to no longer live with any roommates. Where are some neighborhoods I should look it?

Depends what your budget is. My friend was able to negotiate something like $2.5 - $3k at Herald Towers close to Ktown post-COVID. Hudson Yards has some very very nice luxury buildings, but you're looking at $3.5 - $4.5k+, though you can find cheaper I'm sure. You get river views, tons of amenities, good food around the area, but if you're the clubbing / bar type, it's a bit far from those hot spots. Personally, I think it's very underrated.
What did they think about living in Herald Towers?
It's great. Very convenient and central. Good cost and solid rooms with decent amount of space and amenities for being in ktown. Windows are a bit small and it lacks an amazing view, but it's a very solid building.
Work in midtown east, most juniors living in hells kitchen or lic.
Studio will prob run you 3-3.5k a month. 15 minute commute via E/456
