My Financial model won't balance

Hello everyone I'm new to WSO, and I was hoping someone could help me with a financial model I made in my spare time for International Paper. The balance sheet doesn't balance. I've noticed that the figure in the balance check (cell E114) that doesn't balance coincides with the capital expenditure figure in cell E162. And the subsequent cells in row 114 are basically the sum of all the capital expenditures in row 162. I don't want to continue with it until the mistake has been fixed. So, I've attached the file to this thread for your scrutiny, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

kingb:

Row 222 includes CFI in CFF so you're double counting Capex.

This is correct. Good catch kingb. Can't tell you how times this happens. Very annoying.
