I dinged myself (I think.)

Long story short: I withdrew my application to a bank because I was having some technical difficulty. I thought withdrawing and "restarting" the process would allow me to fix the problem. (Idiotic Mistake Revealed on WSO #2.)

I applied to this bank through my career services website (resume drop). Students are asked to also apply online.

Contacted tech support for the online application about the problem.
Am I okay because I dropped my resume through my career services or did I just ding myself?
And did I just virtually smack myself in the face (in the eyes of recruiters) because this is a pretty stupid technical mistake?
