How to make the right decision in choosing internships? Boutiqe IB vs Asset Management

Hi!
I'm making a decision about which internship to choose over the summer. One has an asset management focus and has an incredible team that from hearing people's experiences is not "toxic." Their programs are really tailored to your interests which I really appreciate. Overall, I connect with this firm more.

The other one, is a boutique bank focused in TMT, which I find really interesting, however, it has a classic bank culture (i.e. more "toxic.") But it pays around 5k less (!!) Do I let money be a deciding factor since it's a sizeable account, or go with what i think I ewould enjoy most?

Would really appreciate advice since I don't have anyone i can talk to this about (super privileged problem, I know)
