EY Structured Finance Consulting to IB

I am finishing my junior year and was late to undergrad IB recruiting. Instead, I am working a summer internship in EY's Structured Finance Consulting. Assuming I get a return offer, I'm curious about the possibility of lateralling into IB (MM, BB, Boutique, etc.). What would that process look like, and what legwork should I do this summer to position myself for that in, say, 2-3 years? Thanks!
