Can someone help draw a parallel between the middle/back office at JPM(CRG)/GS(DRG) in India?

I know that no ambitious graduate wants to join these teams in India, but when you live in a country with a fucked supply/demand, you don’t have a lot of choices. Also come to think of it, it is the only way for an undergrad to work at a BB, given how insanely lean the BB teams are in India (almost every hire is an MBA/CA, because why not). Please throw some light in terms of FO visibility, deal presence and mobility/secondment timeframe. Thanks
