There’s been a lot of talk recently about buyside IR being a good IB exit opp with sustainable hours. Several posts have mentioned MF comp being roughly $200-300 at the associate level.
Can anybody share their salary or salaries they’ve seen at higher levels? I’m interested in learning how the comp scales.

I’ve seen an avg of $100-120k base.
But if you work at a small firm (you’ll most likely be the only IR or part of a team of ~2 people) and depending on how strong your network is within SFOs/MFOs and HNWIs you can for sure get that number up.
