Boutique Equity Research vs Credit Risk

I need to decide between 2 offers: credit risk covering TMT & A&D and and ER covering healthcare.

More info about the offers:
Credit risk - large bank (think top 10), 85k base + 30% bonus (better benefits too), liked the people i met with.
Equity research - boutique, 80k base + 20-30% bonus, well-known analyst in the sector.

I'm not entirely sure of what I want to do 5 years down the road - was initially interested in L/S HFs but have lost a bit of interest over time. I'm currently an associate at a rating agency so I've only had exposure to credit. I'm leaning towards ER but CR is stable, and I'd have better chances to network/lateral at a large bank. With ER, there's the risk that I don't get along super well with the ER analyst.

Which offer would you take and why? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The analyst was a top 3 II analyst a few years ago. Not sure how he ranks now. Can you elaborate on the money being a wash long-term? I'm OP btw. Appreciate the insight.
