Adjusting 3 statements model
Context: I am a Master student writing my thesis on the analysis and valuation of an ongoing Merger. Moreover, I can only use information that was published prior to the 10th May 2023.
My problem is that all the research information I have is given for CY while I would really like to base my model on an LTM adjustment.
Is there I way I could adjust my growth rates in order to include Q2-Q4 year t and Q1 year t+1?
I do have access to Refinitiv and S&P Global Intelligence
